CHF can respond to medication; I guess the real worry is that if she's 90, her powers of recuperation are going to be ... well, you know her and I don't, so your guess is better than mine.

Let's just say, I feel your pain. (My parents being 79 and 84 respectively, and both having dodged coffins in the past 3 years ...)
